She is expecting a baby boy in June and I had everything in baby blue and brown. I served quiches and bird's nest cupcakes. But the best thing was the "The Nest Egg" (in blue)favor I gave everyone for sharing this day. It was a perfect compliment. The packaging was excellent, went perfect with my theme. The craftmanship was wonderful, down to the nest. Plus the soap smelled heavenly. Perfect ending to a perfect day. Thanks to you Kate Aspen. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive as shown in the picture, and it looks kind of cheap, since it is covered in cellophane rather than the nice box.I was very disappointed but did not have time to return them. The top cover is plastic and the bottom one is white paper. Doesn't look as nice as i hoped it will. I don't understand why amazon packed this into an envelope so the box came completely damaged and there's no way i can use it as a gift in this condition. The nest and the soap would probably look cute in a nicer box (like the one on the picture). It has a nice smell. |
